Regional Manager – Northern Region

Operations Manager
The main purpose of the role is to supervise the Operations Team of the Company. This includes the maintain operational oversite and quality control of deal flows, including branches, external agents, Lilongwe Operations Team, and Mauritius disbursements, while custodianship of internal SOPs and Company Credit Policies.
Sales Agents
Sales Agents Main Purpose of the Role Introduce prospective Clients and assist them to apply and subscribe to Select’s Products strictly in compliance with Select’s Operational Procedures as may be amended from time to time.
