Sales Agents

Sales Agents Main Purpose of the Role Introduce prospective Clients and assist them to apply and subscribe to Access Products strictly in compliance with Access’s Operational Procedures as may be amended from time to time. 


Branch Administrator

Branch Administrator purpose of the role is to support Sales Agent (“Agent”) recruitment, training and log in creation. Maintain responsibility for monitoring of active Agents on a monthly basis and maintain a database of these Agents. Provide administrative support to The Branch and Agents. Maintain the role of being the first contact point for all incoming clients, prospective clients, visitors, and telephone callers.


Collections Manager

The Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire collections process and staff of Uganda. This will include the management of and reporting on both early and late-stage collections to ensure accurate processing and collections of payments, within targeted and budgeted requirements as well as providing leadership and guidance to all collections staff.


General Manager

The General Manager will, in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), be expected to play a lead role in the day-to-day running of the business in Uganda including providing direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organisation’s strategic business plan objectives and annual goals.


Team Leader

The Team Leader is responsible for managing, leading and guiding the Regional Sales Agents Team to increase new client business in line with the strategy of growing the loan book.
