The role involves actively monitoring and executing daily activities within a work queue, ensuring compliance with collections Standard Operating Procedures and workflow practices. This includes handling pre-default clients, First Instalment Defaulters, First Time Defaulters, Repeat Offenders, and late-stage collection accounts. Measurements include reduction in provisions, Arrearing accounts, completing client queries, maintaining accurate records, adhering to Collections Policies, Service Level Agreements, and statutory and regulatory requirements. Timely and accurate reporting on work done is also essential.
