Operations Manager
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the Operations Team, ensuring quality control and operational oversight of all deal flows from branches and external agent teams to the centralized Operations Team, while also managing the internal Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPs) and Company Credit Policies.
Statutory & Compliance Officer
The main purpose of the role will be to administer statutory functions and implement and administer Compliance Management for Lesana Lesotho Limited.
Sales Agents
Introduce prospective Clients and assist them to apply and subscribe to Lesana Products strictly in compliance with Lesana’s Operational Procedures as may be amended from time to time.
