Operations Manager
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the Operations Team, ensuring quality control and operational oversight of all deal flows from branches and external agent teams to the centralized Operations Team, while also managing the internal Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPs) and Company Credit Policies.
Residual Book Collector
The Residual Book Collector is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding payments, taking/managing appropriate legal action and reporting on residual book activities and related collection results.
