Call Centre Agent

This job involves making outbound calls to customers to advise them on Access's loan products, answer their queries, and manage assigned call campaigns, ensuring that multiple call attempts are made. The incumbent is expected to be on calls for a minimum of 6 hours daily, maintaining accurate records of all activities in the CRM system, providing feedback on campaign success rates, and adhering to weekly targets set by the line manager based on monthly team goals. They will also attend morning briefings, report progress, and handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
