Lesotho Job Opportunities – Sales Agents
Main Purpose of the Role
Introduce prospective Clients and assist them to apply and subscribe to Lesana Products strictly in compliance with Lesana’s Operational Procedures as may be amended from time to time.
The Candidate
We seek the following in our desired candidate:
Qualification Requirement
- COSC or a relevant undergraduate qualification.
Experience / Background Preference
- Experience within the financial services industry (preferably Microfinance or Insurance) is essential.
- A good command of English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role.
Location
Agents will be based in our Branches and Satellite offices throughout the country. Priority will be given to Agents who already reside in Lesana’s areas of business.
Remuneration
These positions offer attractive commission-based salaries in accordance with Lesotho Tax Laws.
